For the purposes hereof Confidential Information shall mean all information relating to the pdffactory system for generating electronic documents in the PDF file format using an automated, template driven system("the System") in whatever form communicated to you and includes all information and data concerning methodology, formulae, algorithms, and sequences, relating to the System and information relative thereto |

You will not make any attempt to copy, reverse engineer or disassemble any methodology, programmes or source code belonging to pdfffactory that may or may not be given or disclosed to you. |
