Templates are created using standard HTML.  Multiple templates, for purposes such as language and class of travel can be designed with one being selected based on pre-defined criteria. Special field types can contain barcodes generated on the fly.  All barcode standards supported including PDF417 2D Barcodes.  Template Manager in Manage&Control™ makes it easy for non-technical staff to add and edit templates when required.
As each document is generated and delivered individually an unsurpassed level of personalization is possible. EVERY single document can be different! The ability to insert targeted advertising messages in each document. e.g. show an advertising message only in eTickets of male passengers flying to New York by Business Class on a flight leaving before 10am! We call this 'RE-ACTIVE CRM'. Ad Manager allows creation of ad placement rules based on unlimited criteria.
