This exciting and growing company requires a Finance Assistant to work in their UK office. The Company has an excellent reputation with branches through out the UK and the US.

The successful Finance Assistant will be assisting the Finance Manager across all accounting areas, except Payroll. This will be a very varied role working as part of a team and working to deadlines.

The ideal Finance Assistant will be someone who is Part qualified AAT, with all round accounts experience with excellent PC skills including Excel. Able to work to tight deadlines, ability to input data quickly and accurately, high attention to detail and a broad finance experience.

We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator/Developer. This is a critical role in delivering mission Web applications and sites to a fast-paced and competitive business. The role will form an essential bridge between the internal and external application development teams, the infrastructure platform team and the service management function.

In order to fulfil the requirements of this role, you will need to have a proven track record in Agile methods of working, have a strong background in both application development and system administration, have a deep understanding of application architectures and be able to develop and enhance monitoring platforms to maximise availability and performance of overall systems.

The main responsibilities of the role will include; Designing, building and maintaining a deployment automation framework and tool-set, Co-designing and maintaining application configurations with internal/external developers and infrastructure teams, ensuring that security, performance, manageability and availability is maximised. You will be involved in 24x7 management of mission critical web applications and sites, support the operation of all software components in the test and production environments, working with developers to resolve problems and increase knowledge and also drive improvement to application architecture with the enterprise architecture and application design teams.

You must have significant hands-on development experience of common web technologies including HTML, HTTP, Proxies PHP, Apache, Tomcat, Javascript, detailed experience of Linux System Administration, experience of continuous integration/deployment environments and tools (eg Hudson, Jenkins, Jira, Puppet) experience of version management systems (Git, SVN, CVS) experience in scripting, of common application monitoring platforms and of 3 tier web application infrastructure architectures.

You will need to have significant commercial experience of application or system support in a fast paced online business, have an in-depth knowledge of modern web application architecture and a broad technical knowledge of Internet and networking protocols. Any knowledge of queuing technologies, VMWare, Informix, or Red Hat Linux administration would be beneficial.
